Enrollment
At LABOR FIRST, we work cooperatively with our clients to develop an efficient and effective enrollment process. We are flexible enough and capable to provide our clients with enrollment services via either paper or electronic platforms. Initial communication materials include fulfillment and welcome material as well as personal identification cards for each participant issued prior to the effective date of the Plan.
Eligibility Management
Maintaining accurate eligibility data can be a cumbersome task in benefits administration. Labor First’s systems provide accurate and comprehensive eligibility management services that offer multiple benefit options to both active and retiree populations. We serve as the repository for eligibility data for health and ancillary benefits.
Billing & Reconciliation

Plan/Contract Management
The success of a benefit program is closely tied to the efficiency of the communication and implementation phase. To ensure success, Labor First provides express attention to customer-specific implementation timelines and delivers continuous account management. To begin, our implementation team will develop a customized work plan and implementation schedule for you. With a plan in place, a dedicated account executive will work with the account manager and our implementation/conversion team to keep the outlined process on track. The implementation team evolves quickly into a management team that is overseen by an account manager who is accountable for all day-to-day activities and communications. The account manager supervises enrollment and eligibility maintenance, the continuity and accuracy of data transfers to carriers, and the delivery of services from carriers to participants.
