Labor First was founded with the same core principals of that of our clients and has experienced leadership in dealing with the same business concerns that are crucial to organized labor. We create new strategies and develop solutions to multiemployer concerns focusing on current and emerging issues that may affect your union and its benefit plans. Of special note is our approach when servicing the membership of any union. Our core focus is balancing Trustee concerns and obligations with the overall satisfaction of the funds membership. Our company understands the mind sight of the average union member because many of our key leaders were in fact union leaders themselves.
